Photo Shoot: Marissa

On Monday I had a short photo shoot with the lovely Marissa. We were schedule for a photo shoot the week before, but due to me being sick, we had to postpone. We only had time to do one location and one outfit, but during our time together for this photo shoot I'd have to say we got some very beautiful photos. I am looking forward to another photo shoot with Marissa.

Some technical details on the photo shoot. This was one of my first fun photo shoots with my brand new Nikkor 70-200mm 2.8 VR lens I got a few weeks back. I also had just purchased a reflector the day before, so this was also the first photo shoot that I used the reflector. Tell you the truth, it was nice to have some constant light on my subject. It helped with focusing, and allowed me to shoot at f/2.8 with high shutter speed. Now I will definitely have some new tricks in my bag (which i recently just got a new bag from Shutterbug that fits all my gear). So, I am looking forward to more photo shoots coming up soon.

Unfortunately, I have to move out of my place in a week and a half. I will be rather busy this summer, so very limited interaction unfortunately, but I will update my blog as often as I can.
